Design-Build Contracting
BWTC can provide complete design-build services for both Remodeling and New construction. Under
this arrangement, we meet with the client to determine their building
needs and budget parameters. We then work with our 3D
conceptual program to develop a floor plan design which satisfies the needs and desires of the client while maintaining focus on constructibility, schedule, and budget. Upon approval of conceptual design and preliminary budget we will provide a letter of intent and collect a deposit. We then forward plans to our draftsman and
engineers for final blueprints and send out plans for final biding.
Upon review and approval by the client of the resulting final blueprints and
budget we proceed into the Construction Phase as the Prime
Contractor.
Residential Contracting
As a Residential Contractor BWTC will review plans and specifications for your new home or remodeling project that are provided by you and/or your architect in order
to establish a bid proposal for a new home or remodel project. Upon
award of a contract, we will assemble a team of subcontractors,
suppliers, and other professionals as required to build the project.
We will then provide management and supervision to ensure
that it is built on time, within budget, and is of high quality.
Owner Consulting
As a consultant, BWTC will draw upon our expertise to provide
guidance on such matters as site review,
project costing, subcontractor
pre-qualifications and selection, material procurement, contracting,
scheduling, quality control, etc.
